• Paying month to month requires a one-time $60 enrollment fee.

• Get 1 month free and NO enrollment fees when prepaying for the year! (Pay for 11 months and get 1 month free).

• Families are 3-6 members from the same household.

**For short term memberships:

• Paying month to month requires a one-time $60 enrollment fee.

• 3-month plan needs to be prepaid in full (3 x $55 => $165)
